What you'll need

• A valid government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card).
• A clear selfie taken in good lighting.
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill or bank statement) — only required for higher payout tiers.

Step-by-step

1. Go to Settings → Verification in the app.
2. Select your country of residence.
3. Upload the front and back of your ID.
4. Take a live selfie when prompted.
5. Submit and wait for approval.

Review timeline

Most verifications are reviewed within 24 hours. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. You'll receive an email when the review is complete.

Common issues

• Blurry photos: Re-upload in a brightly lit area with no glare.
• Name mismatch: Your account name must exactly match your ID.
• Expired document: Submit a current, unexpired ID.
