1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your country. One account per person.

2. Account responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and KYC information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Prohibited activity

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation of any kind.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Use VPNs or proxies to mask your location.
• Submit false KYC documents.
• Manipulate ad views or task submissions.

Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending balance.

4. Earnings and payouts

Earnings are credited based on verified activity. We reserve the right to reverse credits found to be from fraudulent or invalid activity, even after they appear in your balance. Payouts follow the schedule outlined in the Earning by Ads guide.

5. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will provide notice for material changes that affect earnings or account access.

6. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
